Replacement  (Important)
● All products are non-returnable
● We only provide replacement (no refunds) under the following conditions:
○ Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
○ Request is raised within 7 days of delivery
○ Mandatory unboxing video proof is provided
❌ Replacement will not be accepted for:
● No video proof
● Change of mind
● Minor packaging damage
● Used or tampered products
